Estimated Shipping Delivery Times

 

USA: Please allow 12-20 days after your shipment confirmation and tracking numbers for the product to arrive. International: International customers can expect 39-60 days for orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary though depending on the distance of the address from our shipping location.

Holidays and weekends can occasionally add slight delays, but isn't an issue for the vast majority of our customers.

Although we try our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we can not always guarantee specific time frames and are not responsible for any delays in shipping (as once the order is accepted by the carrier, it is then in their hands).

 

Tracking Your Purchase

 

As soon as your transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This means that your payment information has been accepted and authorized for the products you have selected.

After the purchase has been processed by our team and sent out for shipment, you will receive a second email including tracking information and the estimated shipping time. The tracking information can occasionally take a few days to update systematically, but if you have received a tracking number, this means that your order is on its way.

If multiple products were purchased on the same order, they may arrive in separate packages if they are shipped from more than one location. Regardless, Good Meows customers will not pay shipping charges for packages on any initial order.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping Costs for domestic United States customers are free. International customers must pay for shipping which will be listed in the checkout screen.

 

International Shipping

 

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Contact sales@goodmeows.com at any time for a status update on your shipment. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. Usually within 5 days after the order has been placed.
